Product Upsell
🧭 Introduction
The Product Upsell feature helps you promote complementary or higher-value products directly on a product page. By offering relevant items, you can encourage customers to upgrade or add additional products to their purchase — increasing both engagement and sales.
For example, if a customer is viewing a pair of sunglasses, you can display upsell products like a beanie, belt, or cap to complete their look and inspire them to purchase matching accessories.
💡 Scenario
Imagine a customer browsing your store and viewing sunglasses. Just below the main product, an upsell section appears, recommending complementary products such as a beanie, belt, and cap. The customer can view product details, adjust quantities if allowed, and even enjoy a discount for bundled purchases. This smart recommendation system helps increase your store’s average order value while offering a personalized shopping experience.
