Product Addons

🧭 Introduction​

The Product Addons feature lets you offer customers additional items or accessories that complement the main product they’re viewing. These add-ons appear directly on the product page, allowing customers to enhance their purchase without leaving the page. This feature is ideal for promoting related accessories, boosting sales, and improving the overall shopping experience.

For example, if a customer views a pair of sunglasses, you can display add-ons such as a beanie, belt, or cap that perfectly complement their look and style.

💡 Scenario​

Imagine a customer browsing your store and viewing sunglasses. Just below the main product details, they see optional add-ons — a beanie, a belt, and a cap — each with a checkbox or toggle option. The customer can easily select any of these add-ons before adding the main product to their cart. This approach not only enhances the shopping experience but also increases the average order value by encouraging bundled purchases.

⚙️ Configuration Steps​

Follow these steps to configure your Product Addons section:

  • Navigate to Upsells.
  • Click on Add New.

  • Click on Add.

  1. Go to the General tab.
  2. Choose a Heading Style.
  3. Enter a Title for the heading.
  4. Add a Subtitle (optional — you can remove it if not needed).
  5. Select a Theme.
  6. Set the Size to Medium.
  7. Choose the Checkbox Style.
  8. Enable Add Link to the Products.
  9. Choose whether to Include the Parent Product Price in the Add-ons total price.
  10. Set the Position.
  11. Under Targeting, select Categories, choose Include, and pick the categories where you want the add-ons to appear (e.g., Clothing / Accessories).

  1. Navigate to the Offers tab.
  2. Add Offer 1, then select a product (e.g., beanie).
  3. Set the Quantity.
  4. Choose a Discount Type and set the Discount Amount to 10%.
  5. Add Offer 2, then select a product (e.g., belt).
  6. Enable Edit Quantity by User.
  7. Set the Minimum and Maximum Quantity.
  8. Add Offer 3, then select a product (e.g., cap).
  9. Set the Quantity to 2.
  10. Save your changes.

✅ Once completed, your Product Addons will automatically appear for products in the selected categories (e.g., Accessories), displaying optional items such as beanies, belts, and caps that customers can easily add to their order.
